I will never ever rent from another company again. Desoto Mgmt does things right. They take care of their properties and treat their renters like family. Our ac decided not to work at 11:30 pm. We put in a maintenance request around 11:45pm and they had the ax guy at our place by 9am the next day. The ac went out at the last place I rented and it took them 2 weeks to send someone. I love the property I'm renting and love the neighbors on our street. 11/10 yall. Those guys are phenomenal!
I’ve rented from DMI in the past. I bought a home then later sold it in effort to downsize. I’m back with DMI and my experiences have been good. Smooth move in process and repair issues are always promptly addressed. Communication responses are quick as well. Highly recommend them!
Moved into one of their rental properties in Pecan Ridge in Olive Branch in May 2016. I noted on the tenet initial walk-through document that there was damage to the counter when they stated they would not be repairing it and I was concerned I'd be charged for it. Fast forward to move out day Dec 2025 and not only did they charge me for the damage to the counter, but "excess wall damage, stains and scratches" to the tune of $400. We are renting out our home in MS now with this company. So far everything has been fantastic. Maintenance issues were handled quickly and at a reasonable cost. A good renter was placed in the property quickly. The staff have been friendly, honest, and quick to respond. We intend to continue using their services for the foreseeable future.
We rented through Desoto Management and Investments for 12 years. They are hands-down the absolute best. If we ever had a problem or any issue, which was rare, they took care of it as soon as possible, and most of the time, same day. They always stayed completely professional and nice the whole way through everything. The easiest people to deal with.
