Moved into one of their rental properties in Pecan Ridge in Olive Branch in May 2016. I noted on the tenet initial walk-through document that there was damage to the counter when they stated they would not be repairing it and I was concerned I'd be charged for it. Fast forward to move out day Dec 2025 and not only did they charge me for the damage to the counter, but "excess wall damage, stains and scratches" to the tune of $400. We are renting out our home in MS now with this company. So far everything has been fantastic. Maintenance issues were handled quickly and at a reasonable cost. A good renter was placed in the property quickly. The staff have been friendly, honest, and quick to respond. We intend to continue using their services for the foreseeable future.
We rented through Desoto Management and Investments for 12 years. They are hands-down the absolute best. If we ever had a problem or any issue, which was rare, they took care of it as soon as possible, and most of the time, same day. They always stayed completely professional and nice the whole way through everything. The easiest people to deal with. I don’t recommend this company. I was called stating I was approved for a home and asked when I could come view. Due to me currently residing in TX, I asked if my Mom could view the home for me. She was able to view the home at the given next day appointment and approved on my behalf. While in the midst of traveling to the office to pay deposit immediately after the viewing, I received a call that I needed to get to the office right away to pay the deposit because a different agent was working with another candidate who stat... read more
Hands down the best rental company in the mid-south. This team is quick to respond to any service requests and they do an amazing job making sure their tenants are happy. They are also very affordable and don't charge ridiculous prices for their homes. Every time I called, same friendly conversations with whomever picked up the phone. I had to extend my stay a little longer than I planned and I had nothing but "take your time " responses. THIS company is amazing!
