DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR JEWELRY!!! If I could give it even less than one star, I would. This man broke my necklace while fixing it, then tried to charge me more to fix what he broke!!! My wife and I brought our 2 wedding bands in for resizing. They charged us $300 (WAY too much for a simple process).
Terrible people! Terrible place of business! 10/10 SCAM! Bought a “Gold” necklace from these people went to another jewelry store to buy a pendant and they said that the necklace was only worth $70 and they have the same necklace but in 21k gold for $180. Spent $300 for fake gold and they don’t want to return my money. Absolute scam. Buyer Beware: they don’t do refunds or buy back their own fake gold. 100% SCAM!!!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Sold me a fake “gold” chain. Got it tested at multiple locations and it’s proven to be fake!! They are giving me a hard time to give me my money back but I won’t stop until I do!!!!!
