If possible, I would give ZERO stars!!! I went to DeSoto looking to purchase a car and trade in my existing one. After the standard negotiations I was asked to sign and finalize the deal, but didn’t because I wanted a repair to first be completed on the car I was purchasing. The manager Rick wasn’t happy with the delay but offered to make the repair. The salesman Tony was a great guy and told me the repair would be completed in a few days.
