RecommendedThe best in oxford!! the ladies up front treated my husband and myself wonderful! very friendly staff! and they do excellent work! I hit a deer and had to have my bumper replaced and painted! my car looked better than before! bonus they even vacuum before you pick up!! Can't say enough positive about this place! if I ever need anything done I'm definitely a customer for life now! very very professional and great work!!
Desoto kept me informed & did my repair quickly & did a great job! I loved the staff. They were very personal & treated me with kindness & respect.
Worst body shop I've ever been to. Took them 2+ weeks to "repair" my car and then was returned unfinished. Customer service is terrible and they will NOT fix your vehicle properly.
Very aggravated that it takes five days to fix a tiny crack on a bumper . Not only that , but if you're going to keep someone's car past the two days that it was suppose to take to fix it , then have some common courtesy and call your customer and let them know what's going on ...
Worst service I have ever received at a place of business hands down. First off the receptionist Pam is extremely rude. I had made arrangements with the persons insurance that hit me to drop the car off. Since this was a provider on their list they said I would not need an estimate or anything just to drop the car off when I was ready. Took it the day after the accident to DeSoto Collision.
