Don't waste your time. Had an appointment. They stated I did not yet wait 3 months for said date. Then was greeted rudely and did not try to reconcile anything. Now we start over finding a different body shop. PLEASE don't waste your time here. You were warned. They don't even try to work with customer or insurance.
Desoto Collision Center in Southaven, MS, is Top Notch! Not only do they do an Excellent job repairing your car to make it look brand new again but their employees and their customer service is better than any place I’ve been to! Be sure to ask for Dwayne! Dwayne is Awesome! He really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy!
