I've been waiting for 4 months for Dr. Aneesha Shaiu to complete a form for my 3-year-old son. I call and leave message after message and never speak to a human being. I will be changing pediatricians immediately.
Dr Krasin is absolutely the best Doctor in Desoto County. I have a son with autism and she always listens to my concerns and is very knowledgeable about the comorbidities that go along with autism! She exudes kindness and compassion!! If you have a kiddo in the spectrum please consider seeing her! You won’t regret it!!
Nurse was very dismissive and rude
We love this office, we’ve been coming here ever since he was born! They have recently changed their phone system to take nothing but voicemails and it has been a disaster! No one is returning calls to schedule well visits! I have been contacting them since April to schedule! Extremely unprofessional, please get new employees if they are unwilling to do their job!
