Will not be coming back for our next vehicle! Terrible customer service and service departments idea of a diagnostic test is a test drive and send you on ur way to wait for it to get worse. This is a brand new 2024 truck possibly showing transmission issues. When I scheduled the service I was VERY clear we need a lender vehicle so we could drop off our truck and go back to work and this wasn't the first time that I was told on the phone I would have a lender just to arrive and them say it wasn't scheduled. I had a really exceptional experience buying a used vehicle here. It starts at Sammy answering the phone and goes to my salesman Richard. Then all the way to the general manager and finance manager. Yes, dealerships are there to make money but also to make return customers. I was able to secure my vehicle at a great interest rate with them batting for me and was able to get an exceptional warranty on a used vehicle. They continue to work with me over a week while I decided. Return customer earned.

First I Reccomended you look at their Yelp reviews. Purchased my 2022 Expedition in Feb 2025. They don’t tell you but add a $3,000 bumper to bumper warranty for engine and drivetrain to all vehicles which is not in their advertised price. They also slipped in an extended warranty for $4,000. That when I realized this tried cancelling the next day. Their finance manager Doug would not return calls or emails. Took a week going through one of their managers to get some results.
