I pd the highest price and didnt realize my car was still dirty ALL around the sides until I left. I went back and they helped me. But again, I went, same situation, but this time I also pd for me to vacuum, it turned on, but didnt work.

I’d like to know why every time I get the six dollar car wash it charges me $10 . I just realized this today. Not only did it charge me $10 but I put a five dollar bill in it first and then 4/4 and it did not work so I figured I would slide my card for the one dollar but it didn’t even work at all. No lights came on. I sat there. It was at 8:43 this morning on August 9 Please look into this. This is unfortunate . This is the only car wash that we have in Arcadia .. This is my second time visiting the place first time trash cans are overflowing it looks terrible and ghetto today I went back and use the car wash soap came out looking like water to spray foam gun was clogged and sputtered little speckles I got more of my money trying to get the car covered in the foam basically a bad experience don't waste your money

Accidently hit some roadkill on the side of the road car smelled so bad needed to take it to get a wash tried the drive through wash neither of them worked then decided to try and power wash the car and pulled up to the manual put my cash in and nothing worked the soap sprayer sputtered maybe 5 times and no water at all. DO NOT COME HERE, better odds washing your car by spitting on it.

The automatic wash on the right didn’t work so we went to the manual side for $4 and there was no water at all, we got one puff of foam soap and that was it. None of the other settings work, they don’t pick up the phone to get a refund.
