Desmone Family Eye Care clinic has the nicest, most caring, and friendliest staff I've ever experienced! I normally see Dr. John (Desmone), but I've also seen Dr. Barbara (Desmone) over the years when he was unavailable. I have high intraocular pressure, which means I'm at risk of getting glaucoma. Everyone who works here is so kind about my nervousness with eye exams. Additionally, both doctors never rush me and always answer the many questions I have! I had a great experience at Triangle Visions Optometry. The doctor was thorough and kind, and the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. The whole visit felt smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!!

Doctor John was great up to the point of paying of the order for new glasses which they never emailed me the receipt. The cost seemed a little high and I called my insurance carrier for clarification after paying. I went back to discuss it and the office representative says with an attitude it is illegal to file one claim to 2 different insurances. Research proves this to be false and must be an office policy. This place is an absolute embarrassment of an establishment. I had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance and showed up to my appointment only to be greeted by two very unprofessional and disrespectful employees telling me they cancelled my appointment and that they tried to contact me to confirm my appointment. I never received any phone calls or emails. They also proceeded to lie to me saying my phone number was not up to date along with my insurance.
