This place is an absolute embarrassment of an establishment. I had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance and showed up to my appointment only to be greeted by two very unprofessional and disrespectful employees telling me they cancelled my appointment and that they tried to contact me to confirm my appointment. Absolutely wonderful staff with state of the art equipment on site! Dr. John is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over in detail all his findings. I never feel rushed when being seen! Reception staff are respectful and very knowledgeable of insurance procedures. They have so many frames to choose from with very affordable prices!!! 10/10 would recommend.

Called and set up an appointment that took a literal month, then when it was THE WEEK OF the appointment they called and told me to check in or they’d cancel my appointment, I called within an hour and they had already cancelled my appointment, and then proceeded to tell me the next available appointment would be in another month.
