Desmone Family Eye Care clinic has the nicest, most caring, and friendliest staff I've ever experienced! I normally see Dr. John (Desmone), but I've also seen Dr. Barbara (Desmone) over the years when he was unavailable. I have high intraocular pressure, which means I'm at risk of getting glaucoma. I had a great experience at Triangle Visions Optometry. The doctor was thorough and kind, and the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. The whole visit felt smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!!
Doctor John was great up to the point of paying of the order for new glasses which they never emailed me the receipt. The cost seemed a little high and I called my insurance carrier for clarification after paying. I went back to discuss it and the office representative says with an attitude it is illegal to file one claim to 2 different insurances. Research proves this to be false and must be an office policy.
