I think Dr. Coker the BEST and is an EXCELLENT doctor. He actually listens to you and your concerns. He good at following up and you DON'T feel like you are there just for him to bill your insurance like some experiences I have had. I didn't have him 5 stars because I sometimes have trouble get refills on prescriptions. Other than that, he is wonderful.
Dr. Coker is one of the best doctors in Fresno. I love his bedside manner, and he cares about his patients well-begin.
Worst office ever! Had an appointment scheduled & the day before the office manager, Thelma or Velma, called to tell me they were cancelling my appointment because I had seen another doctor a couple of months earlier and could no longer be seen at their office because “MediCare doesn’t allow that” when, in reality, I can go to any doctor I want, anytime I want, as long as they take Medicare. I tried to reason with her but it was obvious to me she did not understand insurance, and particularly Medicare. Not sure if it was the... read more
Getting prescriptions refilled is a challenge. I have made 3 phone calls to the staff and still do not have my medication. Expect to be put on hold for 10- 15 minutes or longer and hear a recording about how sorry they are about the wait time.
