I hired Deslandes Construction Inc. to install my window air conditioner. Dean came over to the house, reviewed the job requirements, determined next steps, provided a reasonable estimate, and scheduled the job. On the day of the installation, he delivered the services as promised. I appreciate that he respects my time and called ahead to let me know he is running late, but is on his way. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend Deslandes Construction Inc. for the services it offers.

I initially connected with Dean through Home Depot's contract services. He was professional, helpful and worked with me on timelines for installing the door. I then contacted Dean to help with installing ceiling fans. He was just as professional. He cleaned up after himself, took the boxes and garbage with him from the fans (which I wasn't expecting but it made my life easier). While he was there he noticed the door fuse box was broken and fixed it for me. I would absolutely recommend and would work with him again.
I got Dean’s contact through Home Depot home services. Then, I hired Dean to help with a few projects around the house — drywall repair, baseboard replacement, painting and few other handyman fixes— and I’m genuinely impressed with his work.
