STILL WAITING FOR ALL OF OUR MANY DEFECTS TO BE FIXED. We STRONGLY recommend NOT using this builder for a multitude of reasons. We had a very negative experience and all open punch list issues (very long list) are still outstanding more than 18 months after occupying our new home. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Get iron clad contract or you will regret it!!!!!!!!
STAY AWAY!!! Put a deposit on a townhome in Dec. 2021, and target date of completion was May, 2023. Construction never started, and this guy ghosted us. We finally got our deposit back in mid 2024. Do your research and go with someone reputable. Not even deserving of a one star rating.
Working with this contractor was an absolute nightmare. The home was built with countless defects. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who actually knows what they’re doing! Would give zero stars if I could.

I would NOT use this builder. My family had an absolutely terrible experience and so many problems and he will not stand by his word. Buyer beware!
