Pump died after 5 years and got new one from New Caledonia which leaked immediately from install. Dealer and head office in France have ignored my emails for warranty claim. Avoid this rubbish. Now have to take legal action and stop imports into Australia
Horrible service. Been trying to get a part for my pool for months now. Have sent numerous emails and no answer..How can you run a company like this and where can we go to get what we need.
New management is arrogant, rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. He burns bridges and is completely full of himself. They need to fire him.
