Had new roof installed in 2008 after windstorm blew several shingles off. Called desi's roofing because neighbour's had their roof done . 17 years later l noticed watermarks on my shutters in the family room. Called insurance Co. But was told it didn't cover poor workmanship. Had several roofers check roof and was told leak was probably from EXPOSED NAILS and that it took this long for it to leak down the vaulted ceiling. Have them doing our roof as we speak. Hard working crew, doing a great job using the GAF system. Having the Pewter Grey shingles installed. Conscientious crew, superb keeping the site clean. It poured buckets last night and not a drop inside. The owner (Richard) is easy to get hold of, always answers his phone or calls back quickly. Recommended.

My roof was losing shingles in very high winds. I knew that shingles were original builder's grade an decided it was time to get this done, before it could get worse and be a costly fix. I was referred by my in-laws about Desi's and after reading reviews, I found Desi's Roofing West right here in Binbrook! I contacted them and set up appointment. I had a leak from the roof that was installed by them but they didn’t fulfill the contract as they never responded back to my multiple calls and email inquiry . I knew that they were very expensive comparing to other companies, but I thought it worth it for peace of mind. I was wrong and I am very disappointed . My advice, just go with the cheaper price and do not believe in contract or empty promises.
