I had to have a bunch of work done on a property, including the entire eavesdrop system and I was super impressed with the entire team at Desi's. They did a thorough job assessing the scope of work and clearly explained what needed to be done and why, and answered my questions. We had our gutters and soffit replaced in 2024, since then we've had nothing but problems. At first this company was responsive and fixed an issue of water running over our gutters, we registered an additional problem of water running underneath our gutters and icing our exterior wall. Service man came out, and offered a solution to re route water. (2025) This year another issue, ice damming due to insufficient size of the gutters. Hired Desi to replace our aluminum eavestroughs a couple years ago. The install went OK until a few seams started leaking that fall. After contacting Gord, an inexperienced kid came out and attempted to silicone the leaks but with no success. I tried to contact Gord after the failed attempt but he never responded. Don’t expect after sale support or service once he has your money.
