Sarah is such an amazing person! I had a very good experience with her as it was my first time. She walked me through every step and was very professional in every way. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me as I was very nervous. My hair turned out to be an Incredible transformation. The whole experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend!
The owner of Desired hair by Sarah as in "Sarah" behave in an aggressive and very pushy manner. Her attitude was arrogant and disgusting, she even repeatedly mentioned that shes had a big day after a treatment at the hospital whilst doing a friends hair and was swearing, her choice of words was absolutely disrespectful. Disguting service rude my friend went to get her hair done they damaged her hair and burnt it wouldnt recommened anyone to go to desired hair by Sarah to get their hair done worst customer service have come across owning a business you should welcome ur customer's not to be rude and not to damage and burn hair
