I was very disappointed by my experience at Desire Nails. I recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a salon I could keep coming back to, but instead I felt completely unwelcome. No one greeted me or made me feel like a valued customer. The way I was treated was rude and unprofessional, and I was left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. This is my Gel Nails after only 2 weeks 4 split Nails and 1 broken with polish chipping before 2 weeks. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price cheap work.
WHAT EVER YOU DO. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I CAME TWICE IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS. GEL NAILS ONLY LAST 2 WEEKS. I CAME LAST WEEK AND NOW 4 OF MY NAILS ARE BREAKING AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I'M NOT CAUSING A SCENE SO I'M LEAVING, AND WARNING STAY AWAY.
Terrible. They said they close at 8 but really close way earlier. I couldn’t even get my eyebrows down. They wouldn’t even offer me a seat to sit down since I took a cab all the way over there. Super unhuman. Would not recommend
