Do not use this company!!! The coordinators do not take their job nor the client serious The company failed to provide the clients with stable nurses caregivers time after time that are consistent the staff never return the messages for the clients they do even return messages there is no supervisor to speak to and when you ask to speak with the supervisor you get the run around. Apparently their office isn't very good with communication. We have a voucher for 24hrs of respite care. It was sent to them in July I called last week to inquire what's going on this was after my contact at ICRC had spoken with them twice about said voucher. They couldn't find it and I was given an excuse about how many couches they receive etc. They apparently found it and called me on Friday to tell me their scheduling person would call me to schedule and ask me what day I wanted it to start I told them Wednesday No one c... read more
We've had several care providers from Desire and have absolutely loved everyone they've sent. There were a couple that weren't a right match for my son, and they replaced them immediately with no trouble. Customer service is great!
Talk about Desire health care. I was going though cancer treatment and surgery and I was the only care giver for my D.S. sister with dementia. So I asked for help from my sosters social worker to give me help. A.S.A.P Desire came to my rescue. I started off with 8 hour days Monday thur Friday. And if I needed a weekend off they would even adjust our hours. The ladies were very helpful with showering and dressing her and even making her meals. Attending to all her needs.
