I’ve gotten my hair braided here several times, and while I liked how my hair turned out, the overall experience became frustrating. There were frequent last-minute reschedules and inconsistent appointment times. It was also unprofessional to ask for payment before the service, keep my deposit when the braider couldn’t make the original appointment, and try to charge a cancellation fee when, the appointment was rescheduled multiple times by the braider and no service was provided. Unfortunately, a very negative experience for my 10 year old. I brought my 10 year old to get her hair braided. This was our second time coming, the first time we went her hair looked great. The only issue the first time was that she took ApplePay for the deposit, but didn't communicate that she wanted cash for the payment after the service. She agreed to take CashApp for the final payment, but told me put in some extra for the payment processing fee. I didn't think it was professional to ask a customer to add extra to cover... read more
