If I could rate this business with zero stars I would - I would say that I am a regular customer as I have been coming here sometimes as often as monthly since 2019, and the way that I was treated on both Friday and yesterday was absolutely and completely vile. Really disappointed with my most recent visit. During my appointment, one of the nail tips actually fell off while it was being filed and had to be replaced. Then, in less than a week, I’ve lost 6 nails, with most coming off within the first 1–2 days. The first nail fell off the very next day and I had to pay another salon to fix it. I’ve never had a set fail this quickly. The frustrating part is I’d had the same technician about two months earlier and the experience was amazing.
