Really disappointed with my most recent visit. During my appointment, one of the nail tips actually fell off while it was being filed and had to be replaced. Then, in less than a week, I’ve lost 6 nails, with most coming off within the first 1–2 days. The first nail fell off the very next day and I had to pay another salon to fix it. The most wonderful nails I’ve ever had! I have 4 nail places right below where I live, however, I drive all the way to see Sue and her wonderful workers. The time and effort they put into my nails is unmatched. Thank you !
The service was quick, and there was a good selection of colors, but they just cut my nails with the clippers and didn’t file them. I had to ask at the end, but the result was still sloppy and not really straight.
