I had been going here for orthotics since 2016 or so. In 2023, I injured myself. Megan offered me manual manipulation therapy and tape. They did not improve my condition even though I was pressured to say it had on my 2nd follow up. When trying to cancel my next appointments to move on to someone who could actually help me with the issue I was having the receptionist was pushing back a lot, actually asking me if I’d consulted “Dr Google”. I made a complaint at the time, it went nowhere. I’m here 1 year later to tell everyone... read more

The office is lovely and staff is very friendly and kind. My first stop in the office was in a room with what I thought was an imagining machine, it turned out to be a machine that scans your feet for custom orthotics, I had not seen the Dr. yet , and was told that I would need them for sure and that is why this scan is done first. When I saw the Dr. she started making marks on my heels and had not even asked what my issue was, she stated that I needed orthotics.
