I brought my 2 Shitzu's in for grooming for the first time. We had taken our babies to another groomer for about 10 years but they closed. My puppies were shaved! No hair on their ears left at all. They have never been groomer like this before in so the years of grooming. My little man had not stopped shivering, he's cold. I payed extra for the Matt's but I think they just didn't want to try and brush it out. I was so upset. I will not go there again. I'm sorry for the bad reviews but that's how we feel.
I brought my 2 pups in and the staff took great care of them. They went above and beyond my expectations.

DesiLu’s gets 6 paws up, 8 if you count our granddog! Our pooches love Jen, and the staff works together well as a team to keep up with their busy schedule. We have taken our pets there for years and have always had a positive experience. Good value, excellent grooming, and great care.
Definitely the place to go for the best grooming care.
