Trees came out clean and look beautiful. Service was fast and friendly.
I've used DTM before in the past and it's been great. However, they have gone amazingly downhill. Overcharging for simple projects, not providing any written records of the bid and or charges, inability to take a customer's change to a project (with week's advance notice) and affectively disseminate that to their crews. In short, they don't seem to care about their customers any longer, they have lost a client, we will never use DTM again for our tree maintenance needs. There are other, hopefully better options.
