Design Tree Maintenance showed true professionalism and care after a storm took down our huge Palo Verde and toppled our fig tree. Nick, a certified arborist, came to our door, explained how we could save the fig by staking it, and even told us about their specialized tree fertilization process to help our trees flourish. Trees came out clean and look beautiful. Service was fast and friendly.
I've used DTM before in the past and it's been great. However, they have gone amazingly downhill. Overcharging for simple projects, not providing any written records of the bid and or charges, inability to take a customer's change to a project (with week's advance notice) and affectively disseminate that to their crews. In short, they don't seem to care about their customers any longer, they have lost a client, we will never use DTM again for our tree maintenance needs. There are other, hopefully better options.
Professional and very courteous
This company was a great experience from start to finish. Estimator took time to listen to my every concern. All of the teams that came out for prep, removal, and stump excavation were 100% from being on time to perfect clean up. Highly recommend.
