I have used Design Tree Maintenance for many years--at least 15. They have always been responsive, prompt and most of all effective. The arborist always explains what and why he is recommending a particular service. The folks that deliver the services are prompt, usually very knowledgable, and helpful. Prices are in line with others in the valley but I think they deliver a far better service.

We came home from vacation to find that our largest Mesquite had dropped a major branch. Once we walked our yard with their arborist we realized that we'd let our trees go way too long between trimming. As evidence of this, our second largest Mesquite dropped its heaviest branch the day before they were scheduled to do a heavy trimming of our whole yard. My husband stayed around for the tree stumps grinding in fear they wouldn’t go deep enough. They didn’t & were asked 3 times to come back -that it needed to be the 6-8” so we could plant there. I’d still recommend Design Tree to others but to be aware, quite often workers, in general it seems these days, don’t do the work that is required. Otherwise the office people, managers were very nice!!

I had the guys from Design Tree come out to trim a tree. A little later another guy came out to fertilize the tree and even he said the trimmers should have cleaned up the dead branches in my yard better. I was then contacted a couple months later for any possible follow-up appointments and I told them I just had them out prior to their call. I then received multiple calls after that.
