After my appointment was scheduled I called twice to talk to manager, once to talk with billing and once to talk to front desk four calls and not once did anyone answer. The tree trimming they did seamed ok but every other service I had asked for was either not done or done wrong. I caught this company twice on two different visits trying to rip me off. We hired Design Tree to install a paver patio in our backyard. Very impressed with the outcome and would highly recommend! Beautiful work and the crew was timely and very polite. The superintendent on our job was great, unfortunately I am forgetting his name. Highly recommend this company!
My wife and I have been using Design Tree Maintenance for about 6 years now. They've conducted both removals and long term maintenance on three large trees in our backyard.
