The team that came out to install our business sign was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. During the installation of the sign, there was a ton of banging and things started to fall into our ceiling and the ceiling tiles started to crack and fall in. When I informed the team, they were extremely rude and dismissive of it. Had a negative experience with Caesar. First he no showed for our 1st scheduled appointment. That should have been my warning sign. But I called the company and rescheduled. The meeting started off well until Cesar realized I would want him to pull any required permits for a sign. He looked at mean and said "that's it I don't like your attitude" and he driven off. Thank you Sir for saving our company the horror and revenue loss.
