The team that came out to install our business sign was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. During the installation of the sign, there was a ton of banging and things started to fall into our ceiling and the ceiling tiles started to crack and fall in. When I informed the team, they were extremely rude and dismissive of it. Had a negative experience with Caesar. First he no showed for our 1st scheduled appointment. That should have been my warning sign. But I called the company and rescheduled. The meeting started off well until Cesar realized I would want him to pull any required permits for a sign. He looked at mean and said "that's it I don't like your attitude" and he driven off. Thank you Sir for saving our company the horror and revenue loss.
We had an excellent experience working with Designs2Go! Ceasar and his team were incredibly accommodating, and Jorge, our main point of contact, provided top-notch communication throughout the process. The vinyl looks fantastic on our office doors, and the entire installation was smooth and professional. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and customer service.
