Ordered online at 9:37 a.m. for same day delivery to my mother-in-law for her birthday. Got the confirmation in my email and therefore I assumed they would be delivered. When my husband asked me to follow up because they hadn’t been delivered by 4:15 p.m., I called them 6 times with no answer and left messages. I then called the 800 number associated with the delivery and even they could not reach the shop. I was able to get a refund through the Flower Shop Network. I will NEVER use this shop again.
She canceled 2hrs before the bridal shower was supposed to start!! Leaving me with no options. Has not refunded me yet! This was not professional service. They absolutely crushed my soul and ruined the plans I had for my daughter’s bridal shower! No backup plan! They owe me $375!!!! They are ghosting me.
