Zero stars would be more apprioriate. I worked for this family business for 6 months and eventually got fed up with the daily nonsense of innaoropriate, and extremely counter productive behaviour. When I left I looked forward to putting it behind me. But now they're refusing to pay me my final paycheck. Of course they know in the end that it could take 90 days for the department of labor to follow up on my complaint.
