If I could give a 0, I would! The arrangement was horrible. The stems were shoved sideways and not even down in the vase. It arrived with broken flowers, bare spots, and no water. When I realized flowers and greenery were wilting, I saw that the stems were shoved sideways and not even able to get to the water I put in the vase. I took everything out, trimmed the ends and made sure everything was stuck in the vase in the water. By the next day, half of the arrangement was dead.
