If I could give a 0, I would! The arrangement was horrible. The stems were shoved sideways and not even down in the vase. It arrived with broken flowers, bare spots, and no water. When I realized flowers and greenery were wilting, I saw that the stems were shoved sideways and not even able to get to the water I put in the vase. I took everything out, trimmed the ends and made sure everything was stuck in the vase in the water. By the next day, half of the arrangement was dead. Rude man who answered the phone, did not tell me my same day delivery would not be delivered even two days later when I called to see where it was, nor when I ordered it two days ago. Then he got rude with me and tried to blame me for his failures. Incompetent, I wouldn’t trust them with anything important.
