I thought I got scammed. I ordered flowers one morning and didn’t do a thorough enough search. I ended up ordering through a super scammy company that charged hidden fees and has nothing but red flag reviews online. I cancelled my order, frustrated that I might have been scammed. Had a friend in Austria order a small bouquet of flowers for us. He speaks little English. First, the bouquet was beautiful and well put together. Kelly took the time to write the attached card in German, which was what our friend requested. Kelly was also very kind and briefly chatted with us at delivery. It’s been a rough few days for us but she really made our day. I will order flowers from her next time for sure!
We got married during Covid and so we chose to have small ceremony with a very tight budget. Kelly more than rose to the occasion and helped us have the wedding of our dreams while staying within our budget. She worked with us every step of the way, offering expert guidance on ways to make our wedding more elegant and memorable while staying true to the vision my wife and I had for the event. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Designs By Kline to anyone looking for a masterfully skilled florist and wedding planner.
Kelly did ALL of my flowers for my wedding and I could not have been happier! She listened to everything that I wanted and tried to keep it as low cost as possible. She did so many flowers for me and everything looked fantastic! Our photos really popped because of all the flowers she did. She also made the day much easier on me by transporting the flowers and making sure they stayed in water so they continued to look pretty throughout the day. I HIGHLY recommend for any floral needs!
Absolutely - the best experience when I ordered flowers online -on a Sunday- in inclement weather- for my mom's 80th birthday. She made the most beautiful arrangement and I couldn't have been more impressed with her service, her design and her expedited delivery! Highly recommend !
