I wish I could give a 0 star! I was given an arrangement where the roses were brown and at least one flower was plastic!! I was immediately given another arrangement which was worse! Brown wilted flowers, at least one was plastic and not at all what my Mother paid for from the picture selection. When I called to talk about it, I was lied to (they said they were coming to pick up the arrangement and did not), insulted and hung up on the phone. I had always heard that they do what you ask; however was disappointed. I ordered two sprays for my sister in laws funeral and I SPECIFICALLY requested NO CARNATIONS!!!!!!. I was told that would not be a problem. Was very disappointed when I got to funeral home Both sprays had Carnations. Also, one spray had more flowers than the other. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED.
It's sometimes difficult to send things like flowers to loved ones from across the country. Janice personally made this a joy for my wife and me today. My sister got a beautiful arrangement in Midlothian, VA with all the love we could pack in it from here in Fullerton, CA. Thank you so much Janice
So much to say the owner and other designers do so much to make you feel at home when visiting the store helped me choose what I needed to for our party Our arrangements were WOW Pricing is the best around no problems with delivery they work on my schedule Flowers are always fresh and last a long time I love the designs they create Cant go wrong with this florist!
I love that you can buy flowers from a local merchant rather than going to a grocery store. Wonderful service; wonderful decorator. Janice is a top pick for wedding designs.
WOW what an awesome florist! They have everything you need from creative and unique floral arrangements to gifts and even handmade items! You can even get a cup of tea or coffee while you browse. The owner and staff were very helpful, exceptional customer service. (Hard to find these days!)
This is the most spectacular floral boutique I have ever visited. I LOVE the warmth and friendliness of the owner, Janice. The flowers are so fresh and beautiful. Over Christmas, I went in the shop to purchase gifts for my colleagues, but bought for MYSELF instead. I purchased a Norfolk Island Pine which has been undergoing an incredible growth spurt! Janice's flower arrangements are exquisite and I would not consider going anywhere else in Richmond.
What a wonderful family owned florist right here at Brandermill! I have seen Janice' unique arrangments at numerous weddings so I decided to use her for our own personal use. Love any arrangement Janice and her designers have created for me!
As a flower lover, I must say Janice is fantastic! Last Valentines day my boyfriend got me the most amazing rose bouquet I've ever seen!
