I placed an order through ftd and Designs by DJ florist put the arrangement together. It was for my uncle's funeral, I am so disappointed it looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I will never order from here again. I ordered the Peaceful Reflections arrangement deluxe, with lillies, and roses. The arrangement ended up being a basket of daisies. I wish I could post the picture
Our family has received several bouquets as gifts over the past year and they have always been beautiful. We have been pleased with the delivery drivers, the quality of the blooms and how long they last. When an out of town family member contacts us for a florist rec, Designs by DJ is always the shop that we say.
Designs by DJ is the only florist I use in the Huntington area. Employees are so kind and helpful. The flowers are gorgeous and looked exactly as requested. Highly recommend.
I ordered flowers for my wife from Designs by DJ through Teleflora, and since I was at work, my son and her went to pick them up. The family didn’t have any idea what I ordered, but when I saw a picture of what they brought home, it was after 4pm and too late to call the florist, so I contacted Teleflora. If I would have been there, I would have refused the flowers and canceled my order. Go to Archers for the customer service alone! Prices are similar arrangements are better and live longer well . I’d pay more not to deal with the rude woman on the phone honestly. Arrangement was okay not what i asked for but i was not super specific so thats on me. Also the discount kroger flowers i vased myself and spent far less on lived about a week longer. I could over look The money i spent and all the rest but the poor customers service just seems like they dont need the business that bad and i’ve had such better luck... read more
