Delivery was fast. However what we ordered and paid for is not what the recipient received, as shown in the photos. We understand substitutions are sometimes necessary, but I paid over $100 for the arrangement shown on the website and what was delivered is not even close. I've reached out twice through their "Contract Us" with no response. I do not recommend this company and if you do choose to use them, do not order online from 3 hours away. I ordered flowers online late on a Friday night, to be delivered the next day. I was amazed that the flowers were delivered before 10:30 the next morning! They even tried to call me, because they didn’t have all the flowers in stock that showed online - but they said they could still put together a pretty bouquet. Flowers were beautiful and delivery was flawless and price was good. I Would highly recommend this florist and would not hesitate to support this family owned shop.
