We called Designing Windows in the morning, and Liabrooke stopped by that very same afternoon! She was a delight...very knowledgeable and personable. We ordered plantation shutters, and they came in earlier than the original estimated timeframe. Installation was done by two employees who did a great job and were wonderful to deal with. Also, we had some issues with some old Hunter Douglass blinds...LiaBrooke sent out two employees who fixed the blinds, and also removed some old valances that my wife wanted gone. Nicole G was so helpful with picking out my blinds. They made a huge difference in the living & master bedrooms. The 2 gentlemen installing are 3 set of blinds were extremely professional. I highly recommend Designing Windows.
We love Designing Windows. They pay great attention to detail and are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They did our whole house when we moved in 10 years ago. Recently we upgraded our patio door to a French door slider and they installed a hunter douglas luminette. It is gorgeous. They no longer have the fabric of of other shades in our house but Nicole did a great job picking a seamless match. Their customer service and installers are excellent as well.
