They did a good job but it is incomplete and they have my money and they wont complete the job or answer the phone
Business response:
Manufacturers part was on backorder. We installed the main job and went back to install the missing part. Customer was not calling the work number but instead was calling a cell phone that was not involved with scheduling work. We apologized to the customer and completed the work. This job was repairing an awning that we did not sell or install.
I was disappointed that my awnings didn't come as clean as I expected. I was satisfied with the repair I needed.
We just ordered our window treatment. Had a very pleasant experience with the company and are excited to get the window treatment installed.

They have not yet completed the work so it is difficulty for me to give a rating.
So far, so good. Really prompt response. Susan and Dave came out to measure and made some excellent suggestions we hadn't thought of (and at no extra cost). The prices were reasonable and we ended up ordering twice as much as we originally planned (our decision and not because they suggested or pushed for more). I can't really rate the work quality or the value yet because the shutters are custom and have not yet arrived. However, I would be surprised if the work did not match our high expectations. I was skeptical in the beginning, alas they called me immediately. Sue came within a few days to view and measure the drapery I wanted shortened to floor length and gave me a quote. The next day a young man came on time to take down each panel. He marked and measured each panel and carefully boxed them. I was called when work was finished. Another appointmentu was made for installation and steaming where necessary. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION. Everyone was courteous and did a great job!
