I am an Interior Designer and hired Scott to install my clients condo furniture. I verbally authorized him to charge $500 to my credit card for the balance of my job (which we agreed upon over the phone) - he then charged my card $2,000 and refuses to send any outlined invoice or refund his error. My recent experience with Chris and Scott at Designers Touch was amazing. I needed a receiver to take in furniture from my vendor, Four Hands. They assembled both dresser and nightstands flawlessly.
