This was my first time coming here, and the front desk staff were very nice and friendly. My manicure and pedicure were amazing. I felt relaxed and completely comfortable throughout the experience. Definitely recommend!
I was a model today for a layered haircut. My stylist was Lauren, overseen by Melinda (owner and expert in all areas of hair hygiene) . I was warmly greeted by Lauren, immediately, and my experience went up from there. My haircut was done with expediency and expertise…. Literally PERFECTION….Not only were the stylists the epitome if professionalism, we laughed quite a bit and I had a great time! Thank you Lauren, Melinda & everyone I met at the salon today! I’ll be back! Lauren is a gem in the middle of HAPPY Valley!!!
I had such a great experience! I had Isabella do my waxing for me under my arms And it was my first time going somewhere to get them done. She was so kind and so informative, I have a low pain tolerance, and I barely even felt it. She made sure to even tweeze out the hairs that the wax wouldn't pick up. I thought the pricing was extremely fair, only $25. She even gave me a take-home paper for aftercare. definitely my favorite place from now on.
Good experience and pricing. One star off because I had to fill out a stupid waxing background form that nobody even looked at prior to my waxing.
My usual nail artist moved away, and I was on the hunt for a new spot that offered structured gel fills. Designer's Denn popped up, and they listed two options on their website: 'structured gel fill' and 'express structured gel fill.' Here's the kicker: absolutely no description for either, unlike literally every other service they had. Naturally, I called to figure out what the difference was.
