In 2022 I hired DWF to install Hunter Douglas shades and they did a great job. In Jan 2024 I hired them again for curtains. I recently (Feb 2024) wanted to check-in on my order, and found that all cell-phones are off, the website is down, emails are bouncing back, and the brick and mortar location is locked (and a mess btw).
