I met with an individual in the showroom on Friday and was told I would have a quote later that day. When nothing was emailed to me as promised, I called the cell number I was given and left a message on Saturday. When there was no response I called the office later in the day on Monday. I thought I would be told the person was on vacay. The receptionist, said I would receive a call back from the sales person, who was out to lunch. I never got a call.
