I have an exposed nerve in one of my teeth....Took 3 days to even talk to someone... I left an appointment request on their website the first day because I work 3rd shift, so my sleep schedule makes everything a bit harder....called and left a voicemail the second day, when I finally got to speak with a receptionist after calling on the third day, she said she couldn't understand what my name was on the voicemail, but could understand the phone number I left... so why didn't they bother to call me?
