Horrible! Waited 6 months to get a completed project, so I went to the store and was treated like I was made of dirt. They acted like I was waiting their time. My wife had come with me and she said that they made racial comments when the went to the back to make an excuse. We ended up getting stiffed. Called around and got the same job done in two days. If you work hard for your money don't go here because they don't work hard for your money.

Bad Customer Service After waiting 2 weeks, I called and received an excuse on why they haven't given me a quote on a project. It's now been over a month and a half and I still haven't heard back from them ... I would at least expect an update.I've since went to another company and was told that they get a lot of business from Designer Sign's lack of customer service. A co-worker in a different department is now experiencing the same thing I did. Needless to say I will never try do business with them again.
