While the team provided good service initially, we experienced a major issue with communication. A significant change was made to our plans without informing us, which resulted in a much higher build cost. Unfortunately, this caused considerable financial impact and stress. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Designer Planning.
Great customer service is sometimes hard to find. But these guys have it in spades. Multiple builders recommended Designer Planning to us a year ago when we started thinking about doing a large reno. One year on, we have just commenced the build and Ken, Regan and the team have been brilliant at every step along the way. Thanks for everything you've done so far!
Fantastic experience with Tom and the team - highly recommend.
If i were to require plans or design done in the future, Designer planning would be my first port of call. Recently had Ken work on a project and the communication was exact, timely, clear and easy to understand as someone from outside the industry.
