We used Designer Planning for some recent renovation plans and found Ken and the team great to deal with. A high level of detail and responsive to ammendments with good ideas. We would use them again
While the team provided good service initially, we experienced a major issue with communication. A significant change was made to our plans without informing us, despite detailed concept plans being provided at the outset. This only became apparent during construction and resulted in significant additional costs and stress for our family. While a refund of the service fee was later provided, it did not reflect the scale of the financial impact experienced. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Designer Planning.
