Purchased their VM zinc product for cladding based on the representation that it was suitable for a house close to the bay. It has become permanently discoloured and is obviously defective. Despite numerous attempts the Company refuses to even respond to emails and phone calls let alone come out to inspect. For what I thought was a reputable company their customer service is nonexistent. If you have any choice don’t deal with them.
