Absolutely ridiculous customer service. If you only have Medicaid do NOT come here. They told me 9 days for my glasses, but after 14 days I called just for this woman to tell me she “doesn’t know when they’re coming in.” Then after a MONTH, they call me to tell me they have the wrong prescription and have to get them redone. She says they’ll be done that same week. Didn’t get them until today, only to see my lenses are a quarter inch thick. This is the worst possible place you can go to get your glasses. Never come here

Great place to go for glasses but if you get assaulted by the store or by the front of the store they will Not help you they tell you to go outside to solve the issue hut half the time the person can be in actual danger and the girls that work there wont help
