Been going there for years now’s and they have great customer service
Lady in the back with glasses was so unprofessional and rude. Please take your attitude elsewhere if you want to have a successful business.🙏
They are always so helpful here. My son and daughter both wear glasses and have gotten their eyes exams and glasses here. Edit: so in the past few years prices have skyrocketed and customer service has plummeted. They'll try and upsell you on everything. It's still easy and convenient enough but price wise there are a lot of better options, places with promotions.
The customer service sucks they need to train their staff on professionalism and ensure everyone is on the same page as far as information regarding insurances , prices etc. I walk in on a random day to inquire if my insurance was accepted and was told yes , come in a different day and was told no the sales rep didn’t even have a clue what she was talking about , seemed very confused if you ask me .
