Honestly shocked I just paid $25 for them for a "manicure". No warm soapy soak, no lotion/hand massage. She filed and cut my cuticles in 3 minutes and slapped on some nail polish and called it a day. Color selection also SUCKS. Wanted something neutral to no avail. Place is also dirty: they had someone's cigarettes sitting on the couch. Wtfffff.
Had high hopes based on reviews but unfortunately not what I was expecting. Used the same tools on multiple clients (scrub brush, callus scraper, file, to name a few) and the water was not very warm. To top it off I can see through my gel color I requested and the edges are messy. Overall doesn’t seem very clean as the water faucets for the pedicure chairs were corroded and falling apart.
This was my second time getting my nails done and it was such an amazing service. My technician was wonderful and I love the result!
I love how fast and gentle my nail tech was! I’m definitely coming back for a fill next month!
Mimi did my summer nails and they’re beyond my expectations!!! Obsessed.
