Went in for pedi and my daughter to get her nails done. My daughter had this crazy inspo pick for her nails, I made it clear that it was a lot and not to expect the exact same design as it would be difficult. This girl NAILED the design better then we thought possible. She's so happy with them. Thank you!
Their communication is very poor and they keep suggesting services outside my request and i said no.I requested for only manicure, they asked if I wanted shellac and I said no. It's my first time doing a manicure and I don't know how it works, I was charged $35 instead of $15 and the lady said I requested for shellac when I clearly pointed out manicure on the chart. It's too bad they act like they don't understand English
Very bad experience. They talk with their own language which seems like they abuse us. Service is very bad. They don't know how to deal with customers which is very disrespect. One of girl from them is very rude with me while doing nails.
Very bed job. Did not last nail paint for a week. Cuticles were not cut properly.
