I met ED and asked him to come out and take measurements for a comp quote and later a ACTUAL order. He came to my house and took measurements with an assistant that I learned quit later. During the measuring I drilled over and over again how I did not want to order particle wood cabinets showing him rotting particle wood bottoms falling out of my current cabinets. I wanted to upgrade a 20 year old kitchen with fresh cabinets and appliances. I shopped the big box stores and found some nice options. Then I tried Designer Kitchens free in home consultation, measurements and 3-D rendering of my new kitchen. Honestly it was awesome. I loved seeing the kitchen in 3-D color and visualizing me cooking and entertaining in it. The price was comparable to ********** but the cabinets were semi-custom and much nicer than **. Great design and competitive prices. We love our kitchen! This was a complete kitchen remodel and the installer (Bruce) did a fantastic job. His attention to detail and meticulous workmen ship made this a very pleasant experience. As in any larger remodel issues were uncovered during the installation, they all were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Great Job

Worst experience on a home project ever... – From beginning to end, this company is a failure. Even if their prices are a bit lower then other companies in the area, it is not worth the headaches you will experience if you decide to use them or their parent company, Kitchen Design Specialist. They do not stand behind their products, they do not follow-up with their customer, they are sloppy with their design, they even over bill... I know this sounds "too BAD to be true" , but I lived it. Don't use them!
