Review for the "Serenity Scalp Treatment/Head Acupressure" Service My hair: straight, bleached/colored This was a special treat for myself. I had only had one other head spa experience and I wanted to try some place new. I'm so happy I did! I was asked to undress from the top up due to the upper massage. I had removed all my earrings prior though couldn't remove my necklace as it is a perm necklace. Courtney was able to work around it and still deliver a great head/shoulder/face massage. Giving it two stars because the back massage was the only good thing. The hair treatment felt like someone was shampooing my hair for one hour. It wasn't relaxing. Also, there was no conversation or mention about what products were being used at specific times. The scalp "massage" was just scratching the hair and that feels raw after a while. The head spa was amazing but the service is terrible. The massage therapist was really bad and kept talkimg about how she was a professionsal, which was shady and after the massage started it was obvious she was not. She also made comments about my weight. If you are a bigger girl know that the robe and wrap will not fit. Then my MIL went there later with an apt. And they just ignored her and she went home

Anna provides THE BEST pedicures! Typically available 2 days at the end of a week. Like many of the hairstylists, Anna schedules her client nail appointments.
