I came here excited to have a new change in my life with my hair and it ended up bad. I requested a pixie cut with a little bit of length left on. I ended up leaving the chair with a severly burnt scalp and a uneven haircut. The people in the shop kept on calling my hair nappy to the point I felt embarrassed that I didn't even talk. Honest Experience Great Service, But Confused About Pricing. This was my first time visiting Designer Glitz & Glamour, and I want to start by saying the staff was very kind and helpful. My sister hadn’t had her hair brushed or detangled in over a year, and it was extremely matted. The stylists were very understanding and didn’t make us feel judged or embarrassed.
