First off, Designer Floors sports the “cool” factor with the artsy window and floor displays. I described my goal for LVP (CoreTec) flooring, and Lauren nailed the color choice straight out of the gate. Wouldn’t you know there were supply issues. I was offered other finish choices, but I held my ground. The staff continued to email, text, and call me about expected ship dates.
