Better not ask the crazy receptionist if they wear masks, or you will get attacked! They have no cameras in the store, so I couldn't prove to the police or judge my case.
Have been waiting over 2 months for my wife’s glasses to be made correctly. Been given the excuse that the lab sent them to the wrong place, then the lab made the wrong prescription. Excuse after excuse. First impression was great, cost was good we got in quickly and the staff was nice. Everything after has been a massive disappointment. As of this we have yet to receive the glasses. Likely a first and last time we will go here.
I highly recommend coming here. The staff is very attentive and Dr Spotts was very thorough and kind. Very quick turnaround as well.
