I have worked with this amazing company for almost 20 years. LOVE THEM. Their knowledge and experience are second-to-none; but most importantly, their culture has a built-in commitment to identifying the perfect doors (and shutters and gates!) for the home. I had the pleasure of working with Lauri Wilson who was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We purchased 4 overhead doors and 2 walk doors, and each and every one of them is beautiful and well built. We have received many compliments on them, and they are often the first thing that gets noticed about our new home. There was special attention given to making sure the wood colors and grains were uniform and the end result is truly a work of art. Most horrible experience ever with garage doors! As a very experienced home builder I would highly recommend not buying from this company as I unfortunately did. Employee turnover is high, passing the buck is common and employee knowledge is limited. I have received the doors but no one has installed them yet so I can't speak to the quality yet but the whole buying and service process has been ridiculous.
