This place has terrible customer service! I was referred here by someone I don't know all that well, but I decided to give it a try, being new to Fort Smith. The employees were extremely rude, there was no friendly greeting at the door, only stuck-up glares from women behind the counter who obviously didn't approve of my sports attire, the employees at the back in charge of taking consignment clothes all ignored me until I got so irritated that I just left. I stop in there every time I visit my mom- in-law. She lives in Pocola. I love Designer Again!
